umbilical hernia

Anyone developed an umbilical hernia during their pregnancy? I developed one with my first and had it operated on a month after I delivered.  And now at 11 weeks with second baby it has come back and it hurts. I don't understand where or why it appears.....

I developed the groin hernia when I was pregnant with my son. I didn't have it operated on until he was 1 1/2. It took the dr a while to find it

I developed an umbilical and epigastric hernia after my first. It happens because your uterus pushes you stomach muscles apart and for me they just didn't go back together. Ask your Dr about diastsis recti exercises. They helped me a lot.
