unable to keep anything down

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and am unable to keep anything down! I'm starving but even toast makes me puke!! Help!!

Eat very small amounts. You can always try to have a protein shake (not a weight loss one or anything like that). Not saying to stop trying to eat but sometimes its easier at the start to keep liquids down. I had to do that at times. And I think the nutrients in the shake helped me to be able to eat solids. Also just eat what sounds good right now. Dont force yourself to eat chicken or broccoli if the thought of it makes you wanna puke.
It will pass....keep drinking water best of luck girl!

Ask your doc for something to help with the nausea. I had to take zofran to eat, there's no shame in it

You might not be able to for awhile. Take small sips of water or gingerale, whichever settles better. I got plain ritz crackers at that stage and took very tiny bites. It'll pass, but that stage *****!
