I'm exhausted all the time, but I don't sleep well at all. An hour or two at most at a time is all I manage. I haven't found the key yet :-/ I'm 20 weeks today and have a feeling it's just going to get worse lol

Hmmm.. I was sleeping alot but now suddenly I can't sleep, I thought it was lack of activity but I do more now that I'm less sick than I used to... Don't know when I can actually sleep for more than 2 hours. It's really boring at night..

I have been tired since like the day of conception so I have no idea about this. They say you will get bursts of energy on and off throughout the pregnancy. My Dr has me take 5mg of melatonin before bed each night due to migraines. It's a natural herb and is perfectly safe  melatonin is what your body naturally produces naturally to make you sleepy.
