update from earlier post.
So I went to the hospital & I was having contractions but I was only 1cm dilated so they sent me back home after 30 minutes. I'm still in pain , but I guess I have to deal with it
I will! I drinked 2 cups of cinnamon tea because it made contractions stronger for some of my family members . I will be doing other things though
If they get worse go back, when I was pregnant with my 10 yr old I was dilated 3 cms and 12% and I walked stretched and waited 2 hours and nothing. They did a csection but her placenta was splitting open.
