upper abdominal pain

I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant and was in so much pain with back muscle spasms that I went to the ER the other night. Once I was there the pain progressed to my upper abdomen causing difficulty breathing and I kept puking maybe from the pain. I'm allergic to morphine so the only pain meds they gave me was a percocet which I puked up about an hour later. I have since stopped puking but I still have pain I think this baby is laying on my diaphragm. Anyone have any advice? Tylenol doesn't work for pain I can barely do my job as a cashier without it causing more pain and difficulty breathing.

I had something similar recently, the pain was that severe I was stuck in bed barely able to move for 2 days, constantly feeling nauseas and my back in agony! I had to make myself sick just to get some relief! I was keeping track of what I was eating/drinking to see if there was a trigger as the docs couldn't find anything wrong, I cut out cups of tea (which kills me) but I haven't had a pain since!
