Oh no, I'm so sorry!  Is there a reason you are not sleeping- are the kids keeping you up, or pain?  I've got a feeling, if you are able to get some sleep, everything else will feel more 'settled'- do you have a friend that can watch the kids while you sleep or anything?

I'm in the same position as u, nearly 31 weeks and have barely slept for 3 days! I'm very restless at night time and find myself pacing the floor in the early hours of the morning trying to tire myself out! Having a toddler to look after during the day is wrecking me completely! Will follow this post in the hope someone has any answers as I'm not a fan of taking Meds while pregnant

If it's the horrid pregnancy insomnia a Benedryl helped me out a lot. And this pregnancy my OB okayed half a unisom nightly.

If you can have someone take your kids for a night then you can relax more and get enough sleep to function again
