Hey ladies im 23 weeks with a very active little girl.normally she settles after abit but tonight (1am uk time)its like she is having a rave or somthing which is stopping me getting to sleep.dont get me wrong I love feeling her move but I would like some sleep tonight.xx
Maybe music on your tummy? Works for me, she seems to settle right down.
I did eventually thankyou.i think she was having a mad moment.fingers crossed she is more settled tonight xx
Try turning on ur left side and stick a pillow between ur legs for comfort, i feel my boy is uncomfortable and moves more when i lie on my back like hes being squashed. Im 26weeks. Hope u get to sleep
