I do a workout for legs and butt. Only about 20 mins of it a day. Mostly squats and lunges and different leg lifts.
Ok what kind did you do because I walk all day for about 4-6 hours for my job and I stretch as much as I can

Yes!!! I hope it doesn't last that long I still have 3 months to go..... It just started a few days ago and I was like oh well it will go away but nope.... still there so I was like I know I'll have my man rub my butt! Lol yeah no way that was helping.... and when we get intimate it just hurts even worse.... :-/
Yes! I get it occasionally on one side. I think it pressure on the sciatic nerve. When it is bad it will run all the way down my leg and nothing helps. Ouch! But I think it is one of those things you just have to wait out and it goes away when baby comes
