Diced Mango, red bell peppers, red onion, red pepper flakes (to taste) & apple cider vinegar (just enough to coat) makes an AMAZING sweet salsa to top fish, chicken or pork! Yum! I love the sweet/sour or sweet/salty combinations SO much these days!

Yum!!! I. Like fruits with thi spice mix I get at the hispanic/fiesta store.it is spicy and tangy.so good.it jas chile and lemon.I sprinkle it on all kinds of fruits!
