I have a cold coming on and wanted to see if EmergenC I'd safe to use? I don't want to take any medication.
Weird question, if you eat garlic don't that make your body and breath stink? I feel that would soak out of your pores? Just curious, I want to try anything to help with not getting sick. We already had strep in our house and I do daycare and every kid has a cold. I am trying to avoid it all. Thank you.
Dice fresh garlic and swallow with water. garlic is a natural antibiotic i personally dice and swallow at least 2 pieces of organic garlic each day to prevent myself from getting sick while pregnant. Works like a charm :)
Emergen-c would be okay as its just vitamin C and B vitamins however if you are already experiencing symptoms vitamin C will do nothing. You need to increase your intake of zinc
