18 weeks and stomach flu

Hello,
Ive been up since 2 am throwing up and lots of diarrhea...any advice on how to handle this as i dont wsnt to dehydrate or cause any stress on baby. After how many hours of this should you see a dr, if even necessary?
Too early to call them to ask so thoight I would try here first :)

Thats is good to know, i jist hit hour 10 and threw up. Got some water down. It is horrible and it worries me! I really want to stay away from the germy hospital :(

Same stomach virus hit my whole house last week. I'm 12 weeks, even with all the vomiting I continued to drink water and ginger ale and even though most of it didn't stay down my dr said I held off dehydration because your body's going to get some of it before it comes back up....it's a horrible horrible virus...I hope you feel better soon. Just a heads up the majority of the vomiting stopped after about 10-12 hours

You definitely should go to the hospital I went through the same thing when I was 18 weeks and I was really dehydrated and weak with a very high pulse...they gave me some medicine through my IV to help with the nausea and it REALLY helped...slowly but surely i was ba cc k to my usual self but at least I was able to keep liquids down and small portions of soup...
