Here are the weeks converted into the months going by the lunar calendar. This was always confusing to me and still is so my doctor gave me this:
Month One: Week 1-6Month Two: Week 7-11Month Three: Week 12-16Month Four: Week 17-20Month Five: Week 21-24Month Six: Week 25-28Month Seven: Week 29-32Month Eight: Week 33-36Month Nine: Week 37+

If you counted by days that would just mess the minds up of the people trying to make the charts further.....well there is not a set amount of days in a month but it is fact that there is 7 days in a week, 4 weeks in a month, 12 months in a year....   I do think that is kinda stupid my self but still that is only a few days and still don't make 3 weeks a month or 6 weeks a month no matter how you look at it. I don't go by weeks my self I go by months... and if I go past 36 weeks I concider. My self over due. If I go past 36weeks I got to eat almost nothing to make sure my baby stays under 9lbs. Pregnancy length is a estimation anyway some women need less time to grow a viable healthy baby and some women need more.

Its very confusing that's why I just try n keep up with weeks nt months but its helpful to kno by month kinda tricky

I didn't make the chart believe me I'm still confused as well and see different charts all the time. I just go by weeks and tell ppl like that. I'm 25 weeks and apparently I'm 5.9 months. I'm confused as well lol sorry ladies thought I could help

There is 4.3 weeks in a months. But the second chart from what to expect seems more legit. I don't see how 6 weeks forms a month.  Plus I'm 23weeks and claim to be "in my sixth month" and it would be disappointing to have say other wise hahaha :)

^^^ have you ever counted how many days are in a week? There are 7 if there was exactly 4 weeks in a month ever month would be 28 days but nope there's only one month that does that. Every month is a couple days over that. Although I'm not saying this chart is right since I go by a different chart. The one chefswife put. But this is how they count it. But everyone can count it how they like either way you're going to be pregnant 40+ weeks

There is 4 weeks in a month. There is 10 months in a pregnancy. Just because they changed the way they count a pregnancy's start don't mean they can add weeks to a month to make it only 9 months.... it's simple 4 weeks in month... 40 weeks in pregnancy.... 40 weeks divided by 4 equals 10 months...   look at your calendar do you see any months with 5 or 3 lines...no... them trying to make pregnancy fit there set time does not change the facts...

According to what to expect it's
Month 1= 1-4 weeks
Month 2= 5-8 weeks
Month 3= 9-13 weeks
Month 4= 14-17 weeks
Month 5= 18-22 weeks
Month 6= 23-27 weeks
Month 7= 28-31 weeks
Month 8= 32-35 weeks
Month 9= 36-40 weeks
