sleeping on my back..

I am 22 weeks pregnant today, is it ok to sleep on my back? Its so hard to get comfy on my sides and then my back hurts and I wake up stiff.. any advice??

Sleep any way you can. Blood flow wont be reatricted as it is linked to the placenta. The baby will tell you if its comfy. Listen to your body

I heard not to as it restricts blood flow. You need to sleep on your stomach and I know it's uncomfortable but try tons of pillows
