I am now 29 weeks. At my second office vist i was told i have an abnormal pap which included high grade cervical dysplasia. Since then i have rescheduled 2 appointments for a colposcopy which would tell me if it was Cervical cancer lesions. Ive rescheduled because im too afraid to find out for sure. My grandma passed away from cervical cancer when she was 40. Im turning 30 in Jan. Im terrified. Has anyone been diagnosed with this and it turned out to be nothing?

I had the same thing happen a few years ago, before pregnancy. I had the biopsy done and it all came back normal. Try not to stress until you Know something for sure.

I know you are scared but you have to think if they catch this sooner rather than later you have a greater chance of survival vs waiting and it spreading. You need to be there for your baby. I know it's scary stuff but you need to know. I will pray for you and that the results will come out normal.
