Eating six small meals a day rather then three large meals can help with easier digestion and less bloat. And drink lots of water!
Im 5w6d and Water has helped me the most. I've been drinking atleast 100oz daily, which has lowered the bloat. I'm in a wedding this Saturday and I'm hoping the bloat stays at bay
Eating more fruit and drinking lots of water will also help with the constipation.

lots of fiber in your diet, plenty of water, stool softeners.
