weight loss

I'm now 24 wks, 4day but  I'm still loosing weight.in Jan when I visited my Dr weighed  70kg, in feb I was 69kg and yesterday I weighed 67kg.I was so disappointed because I'm trying my best to eat health food but the result seem not to match with my efforts. The Dr didnt complain , and even when he did the minthly scan he said the baby is fine but the issue of weight loss is now affecting me.before Pregnt I weighed 75-77kg.won't it affect my baby?

I'm 21+3 weeks and I've lost 20lbs. Doc said its not an issue unless I lose about 20 more. I've lost so much weight because I have acid reflux really bad while pregnant and can barely eat. First pregnancy I lost 68lbs my daughter came out only 2lbs so this time I'm trying to do a lot better. Try not to stress just try to eat as healthy as possible.

It depends on your bmi. I am overweight for my height, and if I lose weight because my eating habits have improved, it will because in getting healthier, and won't have a negative effect on my baby. You will probably start gaining weight near the end, but if your baby is growing normally and seems healthy, then the weight loss is probably because of your own body's health being improved. If your doc isn't worried, don't you worry.
