30 weeks and Bleeding/have bled?!

Forgive me for the TMI. This morning I had my first bowel movement after a week of nuggets due to constipation. As I was wiping, I had mucus slime and brown blood along with small red gooey dots. You know the one you get when your period is on..I wiped again and it was a reddish pink with the same mucus. Called the hospital...they wanted me to wait for a call back from the nurse. But I couldn't wait on them so I left..as I pulled into the parking deck...I get a call from the nurse and she says to wait an hour to see if it stops. It did..but I was still feeling light menstrual type pressure in my hips. Almost similar to gas. My tummy was bloated yet it felt like baby was being knocked around. Called her back to explain the pressure and she gave me the take two Tylenol and call me if it doesn't stop in an hour speech. Done. But every time my baby rolls either from left to right or in the middle...I get a tight pressure which is painless but it makes me feel like I have to pass gas. I have not had intercourse in 2 weeks..and I do have a doc appt Monday. But the fact that she didn't sound concerned with what I was having led me to do the drastic googling search. And you know NOTHING good comes out of searching your own symptoms. Anybody had late bleeding that stopped after a BM...could constipation have irritated my cervix? From the pushing? I was already concerned with my LOs movements because I no longer feel the active kicks and jabs...I just feel rolling. (Which also scares me because it's hard to count 10 of those in 2 hours) If i would have known that being a FTM was this scary and nerve wrecking, I would have did more research along time ago.

I haven't had this issue but it could be parts of your mucous plug coming out, if the bleeding was from your vagina. If it is from your anus, then it can be normal especially if you've been constipated. It could be a sign of hemorrhoids, which can be painful and bleed.

It came from my vagina. Yikes...I didn't know the pieces of the plug can come out early. Thank you so much...I'm going to try and hold  out until Monday for my appt. Hopefully nothing more occurs
