Everyone is different- don't stress. I'm 23 weeks and have only gained 3 lbs- if there's a concern the doctor will tell you :) don't stress- enjoy the ride :)

Agreed, I'm currently 11 weeks along. Due to very mad morning sickness and food aversion I've actually lost wt. My Dr isn't concerned. They say you'll start gaining in the 2nd trimester :-)

Im also 10 weeks and have not gained any weight. In my first pregnancy I didnt really gain any weight until I was about 6 months then woke up one day and was like bam ive got a belly. Was still wearing size 8 jeans until that day then gained about 15-20kg in my last 3 months

You don't need to gain weight in the first trimester. In fact lots of women lose weight through morning sickness or being more careful about what they eat. The baby's needs are very small and will take it from you. At this stage you just need to eat healthy and regularly and stay hydrated.
