I been having this weird problem lately, first of all I hate being outside for too long, I get these spells where I could be sitting or standing I get extremely hot and shaky and my heart starts beating really fast. Should I be concerned. I want to tell my doc but im scared.

Its so weird cause I cant stand to be out. I get them mostly when I feel anxious to leave the store and be done with the shopping or while im walking around. The heart beats fast and it scares me. But I will talk to the doc about it on my next visit. Thanks

I do this all the time with this pregnancy and last. Inside or outside. I just figured it was hormones or my blood pressure.

Talking to your doctor is definitely the way to go. Remember, no one knows more about what's going on with your body than your doctor. As for the dizzy spells,  you might want to stick to shady places. Sfter all, we need all the water we can drink,  and swesting it out isn't exactly a good thing.
