weird question but I'm concerned

I'm developing tiny black dots on my nipples, it started around the time i started producing colostrum and leaking it. I tried to scrub them off thinking it was lint or something from my bra but they are still there. Idk what is causing it. Should i be concerned? Does anyone know what it is or Is experiencing the same thing?

They're called Montgomery glands. They will help keep your nipples lubricated once baby gets here.

I remember them from my first! Normal. Annoying...but normal. :P

Completely normal and due to hormone changes.
