what does this mean?
Okay so I'm 30 weeks +1 and already dilated to 3 cm and 100% effaced due to having a short cervix to begin with, this morning I woke up to my underwear being wet but not too bad, been having this off and on now today ,and had very light pink discharge, not sure what it all means and on top of it I'm having contractions bout 4 to 5 min apart with a lot of pressure, what does it mean?
Definitely give them a call. They may want to check you to see if you've progressed.

How long have you had the contractions?
you may be heading in for labor! I'd call your doctor and let them know what's going on...Especially because you are only 30 weeks which is still early. Could be other things going on but it sounds like it's pointing toward early labor.
