Hello, today I woke up with a cold. I am sneezing like crazy and I'm really congested. Do you ladies know what I can take that is safe for my baby?

Try a cold mist humidifier too. They say the warm mist create more bacteria so the cold is the way to go!

Honey! I'm a alternative medicine kinda girl I swear by honey. It helps any coughs I or my boys get better then any cough medicine. And.it helps with water retention!! Try a tablespoon or two a day. It will help. I eat it everyday on my breakfast or in tea and I barely ever get sick!

My doctor told me to just wait it out. No meds. I have a chest cold right now and hacking up gross mucus.  Nothing I can do but stay hydrated.
