nausea when full

So, the nausea finally hit, but only when I'm full. As long as I'm hungry, I'm fine. Problem is, obviously I need to eat. Anyone else have this problem and what do you suggest?

If you do go with the beef jerky idea please either make your own or find brands that are low in sodium and nitrate/ chemical free! My dr warned me about nitrates and how pregnant women needed to watch how much they consume and nitrates are in some hot dogs, some deli meats, some bacon, and some beef jerky ( probably other things as well)

Try eating beef jerky throughout the day. High protein, not filling.

I had the same issue ( and still do at times!) Its hard now though because my appetite has finally reached days where its full force. What I usually do is when eating I take smaller amounts of food on my plate and try to snack a little in between meals so im not starving come meal time! I also try to do other things while eating like watching tv or talking with my husband or reading so im not constantly shoving food in my mouth getting so full.

I would try eating small amounts throughout the day. Maybe that would help, so you don't get too full after a meal?
