Get your hospital bag ready, look into birthing positions, be groomed if you want, practice breathing, start doing squats. I have info on birthing positions in my journal.
I agree with most of the ladies I would make sure I am well groomed. Believe me you don't want a forest down there cause they might have to shave you their self : ( but most of all relax and if your a music person make sure you take some music with you to help you relax. Good luck
Im due in july but im pretty sure he will be a june baby lol hes ready head down and practice breathing plus ive had complications. What kind of paperwork? Not trying to be an idiot but I have no clue im sure ill be fine and figure it out but I am clueless this is our first.
I watched a lot of one born every minute episodes, searched for videos on breathing, labor and delivery and read a bunch of information on what to expect and recommended ways of working through it. Bottom line seems to be get to an epidural...lol...I'm a ftm with 29 days left I don't want to be unprepared
I need to go get waxed!!!! Lol let's just say I've let the bush roam free this last trimester and I need to clean it up before baby comes in. Thank you for the reminder. (=
It sounds so vain but I got a pedicure lol I made sure my legs and nethers were all taken care of and I made sure I had all my paper work in order. I also made sure I had my carseat installed properly.
