what do contractions feel like?
Im 31 w 3 days and since yesterday have been feeling this electric pain in my tummy. It only lasts for a few seconds. Are they contractions? I thought that painful contractions come about asthe due date cocomes nearer .. not this early
Lets just say they hurt
Braxton hicks feels like a tightening sensation they are irregular and uncomfortable but not painful. Labor contractions are painful and come at regular intervals feel like bad menstrual cramps neither sound like the shock you are having that reminds me of round ligament pain that I would have when I would stand up or move the wrong way...check with your doc to be on the safe side
Sounds like my braxton hicks.
Hmmm I'd ask your Dr about that. I've never felt the shock just tightening or cramping.
