Worried for nothing?

Morning all. Im 22+3 with a healthy baby girl. So far no problems. However the last couple of days shes been very active but all today not so much. I haven't felt her move or kick since about early yesterday afternoon. I also have gas. (Tmi) do you think shes just sleeping or relaxing? Or am I worried sick for a good reason? When should I become worried if she doesn't move soon? I drank Apple juice and am laying on my left side now. Your opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

They say to lie on your left side for two hours and if you don't feel 10 movements then ring your midwife.

Yeah it's normal for your baby to have a lazy day or two at that stage. Don't worry she will be ok
