Diclegis/Morning sickness

I'm going on 9w and have had Terrible Morning sickness. Natural remedies such as lemon, ginger, sea bands, ect have been no help. It's gotten to the point where I can't eat and barely keep food down. I work full time and have a 2yr and this morning sickness has become unbearable. My nurse recently Gave me Diclegis to help me function. On it for two days now and it has helped. Anyone else familiar with this prescription? I'm nervous because I didn't have to take this with my first pregnancy but I don't know how I would function without it. I'm hoping I won't have to take it for too much longer.
