I am 16 weeks next week and I still have probs eating. But I've so far gained 7 lbs. Try drinking the ensure things for pregnant mom's, that has lots of vitamins and minerals you need and calories.
Before I got pregnant I only ate twice a day. In my 2nd trimester I found out I had GD and tried to be a good patient. I changed my diet and tried to eat as often as they told me. Pregnant or not I just couldn't eat that often. I'm 33 weeks and back down to 2 meals a day even though I'm on insulin now. I eat when I'm hungry and my blood sugars are good. I take my vitamins and I feel better now than I did forcing myself to eat 7 times a day. I say eat when you feel like it as long as you're taking vitamins and your body is doing what it's supposed to and doc says baby is ok.
