Posterior actually means your babies spine is facing your spine.  A very painful way to deliver....as the head comes out flexed back instead of the chin tucked into the chest.  Try not to lay back, spend as much time leaning forward as much as possible ( i even crawled around the floor constantly,  just to try and make baby turn around)

That's not what posterior means.. Your baby is engaged like she said, posterior means her face is facing your back. She isn't far up if she is already engaged. Everything is sounding good! Congrats mama!

Lol well your nurse is just telling you she's kinda far up and that for her to be engaged with her being far up can be worrie some but not yet give it time  if she is still very posterior or far up when you go into labor (which if I were to put Monet on I would say she won't be) then your doc will try moving her down b4 labor but the contractions will mover her too don't stress momma your doing just fine your Lil girl is just fickle lol

Posterior means up. Well it really means tword your head  which isnt to bad because your barly dialated but you don't want him or her trying to come out that  way it can be unsafe if doc doesn't realize it in time your good try not to worrie most baby's move right b4 OE even durning labor don't stress moma babies know how to come out just like we are made to have them
