Ive been having contractions for a week straight and they have stopped out of nowhere , im happy bc im not in pain and dont have to get anymore shots but just wondering if its a good sign or bad sign

Leya2012 same thing has been happening to me. Im due 10/08 and went to l&d and they said I was in preterm labor. Mine also stopped out of nowhere. Come to find out my bub is breech and his bottom is wedged down into my cervix, I go tomorrow to see my dr. Ans and schedule a c section.
They said it was preterm labor contrations, the only reason i got sent home is bc i wasnt dialating any
It's a good sign. Some women just contact more. Whether it's braxton hicks or the real thing.
