ell I'm working on baby number 4 I have an 11 year old boy a five year old daughter and three year old little boyand I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I'm nervous

I am expecting my 7th child, my first daughter passed away 8 months after birth (car accident). I have 5 children at home, 7 year old boy, almost 6 year old boy, 4 and a half year old boy, 3 year old girl, 14 month old boy and expecting another boy. My 7th cesarean delivery is scheduled for the 17th of October!
