what's the best remedies for nausea

With my first it was a breeze. You wouldn't even know I was pregnant,no symptoms. But this time around is entirely different. Nauseated most of the day. And have vomited quite a bit once. My biggest fear is having to throw up while driving on the highway. I am constantly in the car due to the fact I work in home health. Any tips to ease the morning sickness

Dont drink water during the first 3 hours in d mrng and nibble on some dry toast or plain cookie before getting up from the bed. I was in the worst until my OB gave me these tips.

Sometimes just waving an alcohol swab under your nose. It helped me when I was in surgery for my c-section . I had to do it a couple of times with this pregnancy.

Only thing that worked for me is a fixed snacks regime. Avoid eating too much at a time.

Try vitamin B6 200mg and unisom 25 @night. They help significantly for me. These are both safe in pregnancy and were recommended by my OB.
