what's the purpose of a OB??!
I don't understand what's the purpose of a OB.. all she ever has done is make me pee in a cup, then check my babies heartbeat then bill me... what exactly am I or my baby getting out of this?? I really don't understand the purpose of going!
You could always try to find a midwife...
If you aren't happy with the care she's giving you then it might be a hood idea you look into another ob. I make sure that I have always made sure to use an obgyn that way I can use them for my other womenly care and he knows my history when I'm expecting again. You want to have a positive feeling and relationship with your dr. If you don't then maybe switch.
Prenatal care for your baby to make sure everything is developing as it should be. Also a professional you can go to with any questions and concerns you may have and who already knows the details of your pregnancy when it's time deliver your baby already you're not dealing with already stranger every appointment.
