2nd pregnancy weird movement sensation

I am pregnant with my second child. I'm 25w4d and I'm having odd sensations with this baby's movements. Sometimes when this baby moves I get a quivering sensation (quick small jerky movements) as though it were coming from the baby. It doesn't happen everytime but it's happened enough for me to take notice. I'm concerned because I don't remember the sensation from my first pregnancy. Has anyone felt this? Is this normal? Should I bring it up at my next doctor's appointment?
