when seeing the specialist for GD how long after eating did he want the results?

Or two hour after meal?
Of course below 120 but I'm just curious to when other specialists want the sugar results .

I got diagnosed with GD at 29 weeks. Now 36 ftm. My doctors wants me to test 4 times a day (fasting, 2 hours after breakfast, lunch and dinner) and submit it for his review  twice a week. At week 34 I was told that my sugar levels fasting were high so I needed to take medication. I ve taken it 1 pill every night 30 minutes before bed. The ranges that my doc wants are between 60-95 for fasting and between 60-120 after eating. Hope this helps :)

My Dr wants the same as Maritza's (fasting & 2 hrs after meals). Sugars still not managed after lots of oral medication and a near carb-free diet, so visiting the perinatologist next week for insulin and hopefully much better control. Good luck!

Wow see before i saw specialist my Dr wanted my results two hrs after lunch and dinner and breakfast but now since seeing the specialist they want me to check it after the hr of breakfast lunch and dinner its so tough because after the hr I can be high above the 120 but after the two hours I'm below 120 . so frustrating and I'm already on two insulin's for this reason . /: thank u for answering sorry I'm replying late ladies thanks
