Pumping can cause preterm labor it's better to have it build up and wait for your little one anyways all those vitamins are amazing for there little growing bodies

I definitely wouldn't pump! I'm 25weeks and I gently squeeze small amounts out to help release pressure because my breasts are getting really full of colostrum already and its painful, but even that scares me. Just let them do their thing, buy some breast pads to save your bras from getting wet and put the pump away until your little one is here.

You don't want to pump. Check with your Dr, but I'm pretty sure that it will remain colostrum ( which the baby should get at birth) until you start pumping/breastfeeding then your milk will come in. You don't want to trigger your milk coming in before the baby gets the colostrum.

No no.  Don't pump yet!   You could put yourself into preterm labor

Pumping or any kind of nipple stimulation could lead to preterm labour. Dont do it till your baby is born. Talk to your OB.

Yes, best to wait until after baby is born. As above said plus if you make your body think its supporting a baby now you could really stuff up your supply later.

I would think so. I would not pump until after birth of baby. Like the previous post stated it's not even milk yet till after baby. But I'd ask doctor to be sure

It's not milk now. It's colostrum. Pumping Will not yield anything worth storing. Which unless you deep freeze Will only store safely in a refrigerator/freezer for three months. Next nipple stimulation can bring on preterm labor...all in all, it's not a good idea ! Wait until birth to pump and freeze milk.
