If your concerned ask your Dr but a little swelling is common. And remember you are starting to gain more weight so it might just be weight gain, my wedding rings don't fit anymore just because I'm fatter lol

I've noticed this too but it's only my one ring finger that gets swollen.. The rest of my fingers and my feet look fine. It's really weird. I'm Gonna ask my doctor about it.

If thw swelling has gone to your face and there is an increase in your blood pressure. that might be a sign of pre-eclampsia. Otherwise try and decrease your sodium intake & drink LOTS of water it will decrease your body's water retention.

Lol I figured. I tend to stay away from overly salty foods and I drink a ton on water. My feet don't appear swollen at all, just my fingers. They were fine last night when I took my rings off before bed but thisorning I noticed it was harder to get them on. I did it stir fry with soy sauce last night for dinner :/  I just worry about preeclampsia, but my blood pressure and urine samples have always been perfect! Thsmk you for your quick response!

I asked my doctor this and she said if swelling becomes painful, so your skin is so tight it us causing pain or if one foot is more swollen than the other and you have a sharp pain in you calf or somewhere else in the larger swollen leg. Those could be signs of blood clots and serious. I noticed what I was eating before swelling and try to avoid those foods now. Otherwise it's a joy of pregnancy lol
