slight bleeding??

24 weeks pregnant and ftm.
just went to the bathroom and there were a few dripples/slight spotting of bright red blood. Wondering... should I be alarmed? This is the first time I have had any bleeding during my pregnancy.
I have no cramping or any other pain... just some shortness of breath/wheezing.. not sure if the two are related.
Should I be worried?? Normal?

You should definitely contact gp or midwife. Bleeding happens but is not always normal during 2nd tri pregnancy. Its better to talk or get checked out by a doctor. Goodluck
