Also, mine is fda approved
I have researched into it a lot. I cannot find anything other than doctors sometimes don't want you to use it for fear of it stressing you out if you don't hear the heartbeat. Or if something does go wrong and you use the doppler (and hear something false) instead of calling your doctor. Most things say extensive use isn't good. But using it weekly or less for a small period of time (like I said I only use it for 10-15 seconds) won't hurt. That's why I have set boundaries for myself
Are they safe? I mean, I have heard using them and ultrasounds too frequently can cause fetal stress.
I try my hardest not to use it lol. And when I do give in I only use it for like 10-15 seconds. Otherwise I'd be too addicted lol
Oh that is the coolest!!(: unfortunately we cnnot aafford to get one but I know I would be glued to that thing!(:
I got mine on ebay for $45, and I heard my baby's heartbeat at 9 weeks. :D
Oh and I got it when I was 12 weeks and heard the heartbeat with no problem. I know other ladies have heard it as early as 10 weeks though
I got mine on fetaldoppler.net it was $52 brand new and free shipping. I ordered on Wednesday and got it 2 days later on Friday morning. If you get one I highly recommend that website! I have the sonoline b brand
Were can i get one im 30 weeks n i only get to hear it wen i go to appointment :-(
There's a fetal doppler on Groupon. I think for like $50.
is it inexpensive? I want one too! how many weeks are you or how soon did you hear heartbeat with home Doppler?
I have had 2 miscarriages and none of the doctors seem concerned and waiting 5 weeks between appointments was torture. This has calmed my nerves and I've been able to relax and feel confident in my pregnancy. My hubbys gone a lot (military) so this doppler really has been the best thing ever for me
I'm undecided on getting one, I'm waiting to be 20 weeks and maybe I'll buy it
Cool beans. I am trying to decide if I should get one this time. This is my second and I still cant stop grinning when I hear her heart beat.
