when you do you start to see your baby move from the outside?

I started to be able to see kicks and squiggles this week. So cool, im a second time mommat too!
I'll be 27wks tomorrow but i started seeing mine @ 24wks
I'm twenty four weeks and can see the kicks from the outside now but this is also my second
I think I started seeing him move around 28 weeks?? I'm 31 now and it's so cool.
