Nausea

I'm a ftm...8 weeks+2. I just last night started experiencing horrible nausea and vomiting. I can't keep anything down and I'm concerned the baby isn't getting any nutrients. This may seem stupid, but is there anything I can do?

When I was 9w, it hit me like a train.  Find what you can keep down, and stock with it.  Trust that your baby IS getting enough nutrition;  what helped me were crackers and maybe a lollipop every once in a while.  Good luck, mama!

I used to eat peppermint candies and drank small sips of whatever I could keep down, water was not my friend.  I also made an Appt with my OBGYN and she gave me some pills to try, they have 2 different kinds they can prescribe. Good luck momma and congrats on this pregnancy.

Try saltine crackers. Try to take it easy. If it continues see a doctor

I have horrible nausea with my first and now my second.  I am currently 24 weeks and have to take meds given by my obgyn to help me not vomit.  If it keeps up you might wanna ca your doctor and ask them. I tried taking small frequent drinks of water and small meals every couple hours. Might help
