If you can walk without falling go for it! I personally would switch to flats in the third

I heard that high heals cause back pain and i  know alot of people that try to avoid them while pregnant but im sure it wont harm the baby just major back pain.

I wouldn't. My hips get sore just from wearing regular shoes. Plus, your balance will be off and you might be risking falling. Not worth the pain or the potential danger in my opinion.

It Isn't dangerous....but not comfy. Invest in those slippers you can throw in a clutch. Im only 20 wks and my feet are already slightly swollen. But I understand ....beauty over pain. Lol

It wont hurt baby unless u fall which is more likely while preggo because ur balance is off and joints are looser but u may not fit into ur heels either

I've actually wondered the same thing.. b/c I'm so short (5'1"), I'll be wearing a LOT of maxi dresses this summer in this hot, humid weather we'll be having in South Carolina! lol

I'm only 11 weeks, so I'll be suffering ALL summer through my due date Oct. 24th, and I was hoping I could wear at least wedge heels.. I'm super, super clumsy already soooo for the sake of the baby, I may not push it with my 3-4 inch high heels as usual lol (((:

you should be fine wearing heels though!
