You can . I am a workout nut and i just lowered my weights and walk on incline on treadmill. I have to eat a bit more but my doctor said i should kerp doing what i am use to.
If you were working out prior to pregnancy then it is okay. You should try to scale it back some though because you aren't working out to lose weight you're working out to stay fit. Moderate walking, aquatic classes are good. Nothing g with too much jumping around or a lot of bouncing
