I work out 3-7 times a week. I usually lift weights. I'm 4 weeks now is that something I can still do?

I weight train and did before I was pregnant ( I'm 34 weeks) I do alot less weight then I did before but I do everything I did before, I didn't work out for the first 12 week's because I had light bleeding, otherwise doctors and midwives said it was okay to work out

I did crossfire and my doc told me no weights till after the 14 week mark and then talk to my coach about pregnancy and training lighter weights to keep pregnancy safe. So coach said I can train with empty bar which would be a 15th bar but not till I'm passed 14 weeks. Just body weight exercise for now but nothing to put me too out of breath

I do not think so, I exercise regularly as well but when I got pregnant my doctor told me no weights. So only moderate exercises for now.  All the best
