worried!! 3 weeks pregnant

I'm so freaking out because just yesterday I was told by my Dr that I'm 3 weeks pregnant and that he doesn't see my baby yet in the sac just blood inside and my hcg levels are 19 so he scheduled me for this Monday to draw blood again to check my levels to see if they've increased or not. But now since this morning I started bleeding lightly then a bit darker red through out the day. .I called my Dr to let him know but nurse gave me same instructions as the doctor had given me yesterday. I'm still bleeding (not heavy) and I'm also cramping and have back aches. I feel confused and worried since I don't know if I should be freaking out or not!!! Any advice or has anyone gone through this? My fear is miscarriage:(

My sac was empty at 5 wks 4 days. i had bleeding and cramping. had my 8 wk ultrasound yesterday and everything was great.including,heartbeat. i stikl have a little spotting here n there and a corpus luteum cyst and fibroids. so wait untill the bloodwork says.otherwise to get upset. for.now.I'm sure your ok.  Goodluck and try to relax.

Your fear is understandable, but at the same time hunny at 3wks it's honestly nothing to really see or experience. The sac is still pretty much empty at this point. Hopefully the bleeding is from implantation. Just watch for clots and very dark red heavy bleeding.
