I have a 3 half year old turning four this November then a one half will be 2 in December and now 24 weeks pregnant with 3rd not much big gap between them and I had section with all. With my second I was out the next day but I think il be kept in longer
Thanks. How old was your first baby when you had your second. My biggest worry with a c/s is keeping an overactive 3.5yr boy away from my stomach for 6 weeks. He's been pretty useless at staying off my bump....
I'm pregnant with my 3rd baby. Iv had 2 section and will be going for a 3rd section due to birth canal being to small. I never was aloud to try natural birth when I had my second child which I'd love to have, my section were good, I got out the next day cause I was walking fine. This time around 3rd section I'm kind of scared as I have to children at home, but do what u think is best and good luck:)
Thanks ladies, my gut says repeat c/s, because I just know I'll be one of those mums who fails at a vbac. I don't even get braxton Hicks, my body wouldn't know where to start if i had to have a proper labour....
I had an emergency c-section also due to placenta previa and it was horrible. I'm currently 29 weeks with my 3rd and last baby and I want a c-section just do what you feel is best for you! Good luck God bless
I had a c/s with my first due to placenta previa also. My ob is upselling another c/s because there is more control of circumstances. I personally want to try a vbac. Just remember it's your decision. Go with your gut. Unless your planning on have 3+ more kids then as I understand it the risks are pretty low with either circumstance. A repeat c/s is 2-3% risk and vbac is 1% risk.
