I have had two previous miscarriage last year found out that I was pregnant on News Years Eve had my Hcg level check it was 43,255 why higher then it ever was with the last two. Never got over 600 on my last two pregnancy. Have been on progesterone for 3 day and started some spotting when I wipe today is that normal? No cramps or abd pain.

Yeah I have PCOS as well thank god that I have been able to get pregnant without any issues. Thank you ladies.  Just worried don't want to have another miscarriage. Based off my last period I will be 7wks tomorrow. Thank you for your answers.

It could be implantation bleeding since you are so early. Continue on the progesterone since I used it for the first trimester and I'm now 15 weeks and enjoying my pregnancy. I had similar bleeding and PCOS.

I've heard spotting is normal taking that ask your doc

I agree probably twins the hcg level is usually higher with multiples good luck
