worrying/ physically sick

Hello everyone.  I am 20wks with a little girl. Lately I have been sooo insecure, and worrying about old relationship matters and I cry constantly for the last few days about it. This is nothing like, me and it's to the point where I am making myself physically sick. Anyone experience this or know how I can snap myself out of it?

Thanks ladies, I will try that. I can not wait to have my own body back and be less emotional. It's exhausting. Guess I will go clean and try and get out of my own thoughts. :)

Well I can tell you that hormones are playing a big part of how your feeling...& little things can trigger them....pregnancy does some crazy things to a woman's body & there is nothing we really can do about it..but try to keep busy & your mind on other things..like buying baby stuff getting her room ready..treating yourself to a Mani or pedi or clothes shopping...& don't think negative..easier said than done I know..this is my 4th pregnancy & I'm 35 weeks & I cry over the littlest things so I try not to watch sad movies..& I let my husband know how I'm feeling & he comforts me....good luck to you & on your pregnancy... Cheer up momma :)
