Help? Ladies, I've got an odd one for you!

Friday was my 36 week doctor appointment, my doctor examined me, told me I was 3 cm dilated, 80% effaced, and baby was at -1 station. Since I believe the day after my doctor appointment, I've had this odd sensation "down below". You know that feeling like you're about to start peeing, or that you're about to pee? Well I've been having this sensation off and on since Saturday. It comes at random times, and even comes only a moment after just visiting the bathroom after peeing. I'm wondering what this might be, and if anyone else has felt this? I don't believe it's a UTI, as It's not the URGE to pee, it's feeling like I'm going to start peeing right then and there. I also don't believe it's baby adding more pressure on my bladder, as even after urinating (which the bladder would have shrunk from peeing and baby wouldn't be up against it as much as he doesn't move when I feel this), I still get it.

Lol...a magic act is one way to describe it. I think it is definitely a good idea to call.

Ha Ha! Well thanks for that Shasta! That made me laugh, lol I admit I will probably end up calling this in, my whole pregnancy has surely been a magic act to say the least! :)

And Flickan, I have noticed more discharge, it's been somewhat more on the liquid side, rather than the mucus/thicker discharge I've grown "used to". lol

Honestly with what I know of your history and your habit of dilating without contractions, maybe you should be checked again. Anyone else asked me this I would say it is probably the baby moving further down. But, you're history is a different one. Lol, & I say that with lots of love. ;)
