Is your doctor doing an actual culture to confirm the diagnosis? Do you have diabetes or a strong family history of it? Do you bathe or shower only? What soap do you use?

Try eating yogurt with an active culture bacteria.  Wont get rid of pf it but may keep it away once you do get rid of it!

Stop eating bread, or any other stuff with yeast in it (dough, cakes, etc), mushrooms, and avoid sugar. Yeast feeds on the sugar in your body!

Hmm sounds like you might need to consider finding a new doctor. And what she said about eating foods high in yeast and sugars is true. Things asking with that that will help, do not wear panties to bed and wear only when you must and cotton only, when you get out off bath or shower blow dry yourself dry down there ik that sounds funny but it will help,

A safe, natural way to treat a yeast infection while pregnant is white vinegar and water. 1 part vinegar to 1 part warm water. (I use a half cup of each.) Do not use it like a douche. Instead take a washcloth and gently bathe the inside and outside of your vagina. It does sound like you have gotten past the point of clearing it up with this remedy but it will ease the symptoms and kill some of the bad yeast. Def time for a 2nd opinion.

Thanks for your support ladies . I really feel disgusting  . Can't even  enjoy sex with my husband  because of this  . So much junk in it and odor  and gush during the day . This is serious  and my doctor all dressed up  doesn't even bother to check me says that is normal before and now she keeps repeating same creams and pills . Tired of this On Monday I'm calling the office.  If she does take care of this what else can I expect from her I'm at the point to not trust her . Smhs

If you've had sex with you hubby while infected, it is possible he is carrying it and reinfecting you. Have him talk to his doctor for treatment.

A glove of garlic,  take the skin off of the clove, lance the garlic (it makes the garlic "weep". Insert into the vagina for a few hours. Repeat daily for about 3-5 days. Yeast cannot live in the presence of garlic. All natural!  Works like a miracle!

Switch to fragrance  free detergent when you wash your clothes. Make sure you are not using any bath soaps down there. Just warm water. Even be careful if you're in the tub not to condition your hair in it or anything like that you will soak in.  The more you try and "fix" the problem with crazy stuff you find on the Internet, the worse you typically will make it. Loose cotten panties, and go "free" when possible to let everything air out. You certainly don't want anything restricting and tight that just helps promote fungal growth.  Your body gets so out of whack when you're pregnant that more than likely you're becoming more sensitive to something you're coming in contact with if it's persistently coming back. Please don't put yogurt down there, almost all yogurt you get nowadays has some type of sugar in it that will only feed what's going on down there, and not all yogurt actually even contains live cultures of lactobacillus in it. You're better off just taking a straight dose of lactobacillus with a pro biotic if you absolutely want to take that route. But without preventing it from coming back by doing the stuff above, you'll be back in the same cycle.

And after reading your comment, don't stress! You produce more sugar (glucose) when your pregnant that fungal growth thrives off of. It's extremely common to deal with yeast infections or bacterial when you are pregnant.  So many women who have never had issues, will usually as some point in there pregnancy deal with this as well!

I had a friend that used to treat hers with plain yogurt, she would put it on a tampon an before bed. Apparently it's a more natural remedy compared to the drugstore kind, something about the active bacteria (probably cheaper too). I would imagine this can also be done minus the tampon. I personally have never had issues with yeast infections, but I've had my share if UTIs prior to pregnancy and I do know vinegar in a shallow bath works wonders for that!! Also I take cranberry pills everyday for the last four years and they are supposed to not only help with UTIs but plenty of other bacteria in the vagina. Haven't had a problem since I started taking them. Hopefully you can get it cleared up soon!!

Hi, we have the same dilema. Ive had 4 bouts of yeast during this pregnancy. And im 29 weeks oñly. Pregnant women are very prone to yeast and bacterial vaginosis due to hormones. Ive tried tabkets and supositories. Now just cotrimazole cream.  My sugar level is normal. And you just cant take any medicine for it since they have effects on the baby. Miconzale and cotrimazole are ok for pregnant women. Try lifestyle changes. I limit my sugar intake, even bread, or anything that uses yeast for production. I also ditched undies when im at home and when i sleep. If i do weàr undies its pure cotton no liners/pads. Wash undies in mild detergent sun dry and iron it.

Drink lots of water. When you wash down there just use water. Dont use feminine wash or soaps. I would also advise against sex cozur hubby might get it. It would also further irritate your vagina/vulva.

Ok - my advice?  Cut sugar. ALL sugar for at least 2 weeks. None. It's going to be hard but no white bread, no junk, no take out, no added sugar on anything,  no soda. Also find a doterra supplier for some ideas with essential oils. Doterra oils can penetrate cells where other medicines work outside cells. They can help your body actually heal. Good luck!
